BANANANUTTY ICE CREAM

Beautiful, creamy and cold ice cream without the dairy and freaking easy to make.

Only four ingredients (if you count the cinnamon) that just needs a freezer and a good blender or food processor. If you’re going for a lower sugar version then don’t add the honey. And you can make it on the day or store in the freezer for up to a week.

You’re welcome!

INGREDIENTS
4 Bananas, peeled and extremely ripe (peels are almost completely black)
1/2 C Nut butter (I like almond but any will do)
2 Tbs Honey
1/2 Tbs Cinnamon, ground

PREPARATION
PLACE peeled bananas in a container or plastic bag.
FREEZE overnight. I always have bananas in the freezer to use for smoothies, etc. and I suggest you do the same.
REMOVE the frozen bananas, chopping them in half.
PUT all ingredients into your blender. Whiz and pulse until you get a smooth consistency.

Done! If you haven’t over-blended, the honey will harden in the cold ice cream into little yummy bits of sweetness.
