The last two days went like this: Neil jet-lagging something fierce. Linda on normal work schedule with Neil in tow. See pic below as Neil’s version of sous chef takes shape. Or takes a nap.


Later that evening we had a little family gathering to view the newly awakened Neil. Bro and sis collaborating in the kitchen to create “Potacos.” These tasty morsels are grilled sweet potato slices topped with your choice of stuff. We chose a Mexican theme but feel free to experiment. Here’s a link to our previous Potaco recipe inspired by Paleo Nick.

Now it’s Thursday and we’ve had a full day of WODing, spice hunting in Boulder, eating Mexican food and capping the day at a book signing for Nom Nom Paleo. Check out her blog here.
